PROGRAMME
DELIVERY LEAD
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of training programmes across multiple regions and venues
-
Manage and liaise with a large pool of trainers, facilitators, and partners
-
Oversee training schedules, trainer deployment, logistics, and session readiness
-
Ensure alignment between programme design, trainer delivery, and operational timelines
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in training coordination, programme operations, or project management
-
Proven experience managing large-scale training programmes with multiple trainers and locations
-
Willing and able to travel frequently nationwide

Based in Kuala Lumpur

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROPOSAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new opportunities for training and capability-building programmes
-
Maintain and track a pipeline of opportunities and engagements
-
Assist in partnership development with institutions and ecosystem partners
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, proposal management, or related roles
-
Experience supporting or managing proposals for training, consulting, or professional services
-
Commercially aware with a structured approach to costing and delivery models

Based in Kuala Lumpur

SOCIAL MEDIA &
CONTENT CREATOR
Key Responsibilities:
-
Create, curate, and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
-
Develop short-form content including posts, captions, carousels, and simple reels
-
Support storytelling around programmes, partnerships, events, and impact
-
Ensure content aligns with Di PURBA’s brand voice and professional positioning
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or communications
-
Experience managing LinkedIn and professional or corporate brand accounts
-
Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone, structure, and storytelling
-
Basic ability to create visuals, carousels, or short videos using common tools
-
