Experiential Format – Teams rotate through stations focused on Communication, Collaboration, Trust, Respect, Integrity, Creativity, Accountability, and Growth, earning resources to be used in a final collaborative build challenge (e.g., constructing a functional prototype).
Real-World Connection – Each activity is followed by guided reflections linking lessons to workplace realities such as decision-making, inclusive participation, and ethical leadership.
Balanced Learning – A 50:50 mix of indoor and outdoor activities ensures both high-energy engagement and structured, reflective learning.
Scalable Design – Suitable for groups of up to 150 participants, facilitated by certified trainers
